The PACS Team
PACS was founded by Joe and Janet Gurumendi, a husband and wife team. Together, they have a combined 24 years of professional experience, specializing in writing high quality content for both the Private and Government sector.
Joe earned a BA from The Ohio State University and served 13 years as an Intelligence Officer for the Department of Defense (DoD). As a member of DoD, Joe authored and reviewed thousands of operational documents, utilizing factually persuasive arguments to achieve mission success. Joe is a certified Department of Army Instructor, proficient in adult education techniques, specifically small group instruction, and Federal Government writing standards.
Janet earned a BS from George Mason University and is a seasoned Human Resources professional, with over 7 years of experience as a recruiter, compliance and training coordinator, and management. As an HR professional, Janet has authored thousands of professional products, including informational updates, proposals, counseling statements, and contract negotiations. Janet is a Society for Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).
PACS has been hired to craft engaging content for major companies, including Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Ford Motor Company, Hyundai Motor Company, Toyota Motor Corporation, Volkswagen, and Mazda Motor Corporation.
